Where can I pick up the products?

You can pick them up at Linnanmäki's pick-up points, which are open according to the park's opening hours. They are located in the central area, on the right side of ticket sales desks near Rinkeli. Products cannot be picked up at SEA LIFE.

Can I pick up an order in several batches?

The entire order needs to be picked up at the same time. However, a wristband doesn't need to be attached to the wrist at the time of pick-up; you can simply take it with you to use later.

I didn't receive an order confirmation to my email. What should I do?

If you have written the order number down, you can pick up your products with it. Please note that in such a case, you may be asked basic questions about the order, such as the customer's name or the number of ordered products, when picking it up. Also, remember to check your spam, because in some cases, the message may have ended up there.

I chose post as the delivery method. When will the products arrive?

Products are delivered only to Finland. The products will be delivered to the address you gave within 3 to 7 weekdays. If the products haven't arrived by this time, please contact verkkokauppa@linnanmaki.fi or +358 10 5722200.

Note: For class trip orders, the time for delivery is 7 to 14 days. If the case is urgent, please contact luokkaretket@linnanmaki.fi or +358 10 5722 220.

I can't get to Linnanmäki after all on the day I planned to pick up my order. What should I do?

Linnanmäki products can be picked up for the duration of the entire year, i.e. up to the last opening day. This way, they can be picked up and used at a later time during the same year, bearing in mind Linnanmäki's opening days and hours.

I ordered three (3) wristbands online and am going to pick them up. One member of my group is unable to make it on the day. Can one wristband be refunded?

Products from the online store have 14 days' return right excluding Day Fun tickets such as Day Fun Wristband and Day Fun Ride Ticket.. After this, orders cannot be returned. However, Linnanmäki products can be used at a later time so that the last possible day to pick up the products is the last opening day of the same year.

I have bought Day Fun Wristband or Day Fun Ride Ticket for a specific day but it turns out I cannot come to Linnanmäki on that day. What should I do?

The ticket product in Day Fun Wristband or Day Fun Ride Ticket can be collected also after the specified day. However, please notice that the quaranteed entrance included in the original product, is not valid after the specified day which was chosen before and if the product was not used during that day.
